Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Freedom Fitness & Nutrition ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Freedom Fitness & Nutrition provides personal training, group fitness classes, nutrition guidance, body composition analysis (InBody 380), and related fitness services at our facility in North Fort Myers, Florida.

Membership and Payment

• All membership fees and service payments are due according to the terms agreed upon at signup
• Cancellation policies vary by service type; please inquire at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to members
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

Facility Rules

When using our facility, you agree to:

• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
• Use equipment properly and safely
• Maintain appropriate hygiene and wipe down equipment after use
• Respect other members and staff
• Not engage in any behavior that disrupts others or damages property
• Wear appropriate workout attire and closed-toe athletic shoes

Health and Safety

• You must complete any required health questionnaires honestly and accurately
• You are responsible for consulting with a physician before beginning any exercise program
• You must inform your trainer of any injuries, health conditions, or limitations
• You participate in all activities at your own risk

Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree to immediately notify staff of any injury or discomfort experienced during training.

Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Freedom Fitness & Nutrition, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or facilities.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and training materials, is the property of Freedom Fitness & Nutrition and may not be reproduced without permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to our business or other members.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida.
